The flowers you delivered were a big hit! And Thanks for that.
However, your delivery could be improved upon.
It was only when I was on the phone with Ms. Moyer shortly after 7:30 pm that I asked her if she had received anything from me that day. She said no. The flowers had been on her stoop for several hours apparently. The delivery person should either have waited in front of the house (socially distanced) until the flowers were admitted or telephoned or texted Ms. Moyer to let her know the flowers had been delivered.
